NOTICE OF PUBLIC BID
The Board of Harbor Commissioners for Portland Harbor is officially accepting sealed bids for the sale of the following surplus vessel:

Condition & Terms of Sale:
- Current Status: The vessel and its engines were winterized in December of 2025 and has not been placed in the water since that time.
- Terms: This vessel is being sold strictly AS-IS, WHERE-IS, with all faults and without any warranties, express or implied.

Bidding Instructions:
- Minimum Bid: The minimum acceptable bid for this vessel is $15,000.00. Bids below this amount will not be considered.
- Deadline: Sealed bids are due by 2:00 PM on Thursday, October 8th.

Portland, ME 04101 - Envelope Labeling: The outside of the sealed envelope must be clearly marked: “2004 Maritime Skiff” to prevent premature opening.
- Submission Method: Interested bidders must deliver their sealed bids either in person or by mail.
- Late Submissions: Absolutely no bids will be accepted after the deadline, regardless of postmark date.
Bid Opening:
- Public Meeting: The Board of Harbor Commissioners will open the sealed bids at their regularly scheduled public hearing meeting on October 8th, 2026 at 5:00 PM.
The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
