Public Hearing

The Commission will discuss a Marine Construction Permit application by the City of Portland, 49 Thames Street at the west end of the Amethyst parking lot adjacent to the Eastern Promenade Trail for the installation of a public landing on the Portland waterfront to address the shortage of space available for public transient docking and to provide greater space and access for water taxis and other marine transit uses.
