The Board will consider and vote on organizational, financial, personnel, permitting, and partnership matters, including the election of FY27 officers, establishment of committees, allocation of FY26 funds, reclassification of the Office Manager position, a marine construction permit application for the Portland Fish Pier storm drain outfall replacement project, and a GPCOG Harbor Management Plan partnership proposal.
