October Public Hearing

The Commission will vote on a Marine Construction Permit application by Amber Maine Cold Storage, LLC for the installation of two stormwater drainage pipe outfalls along the Fore River frontage of the Maine International Cold Storage Facility, 40 West Commercial Street, Portland. The Commission will also hear Ad Hoc Committee reports.
